Bluecruise Missing From Connected Services

I got a nice surprise the other night that blue Cruise 1.3 has been updated to my 2021 Mach E. I have been waiting so long for this. I immediately went into my FordPass app to activate my blue Cruise subscription however to my dismay and aggravation the button is missing. I have called Ford customer service and they have no clue on how to restore it. They told me they escalated the situation, but it’s been two weeks and I have not heard back from anybody. Has anybody ran into this issue?
