Bluetooth goes in and out on Mach E

My Bluetooth keeping going in and out when I'm on a call. Doesn't matter whether I use PAAK or not. Android auto or car Bluetooth connection drops the same. I had the latest update from Ford installed that is suppose to fix the issue but it is still happening. I have a Samsung S20. I don't have any problems in any other car. Any suggestions?

I have a Samsung s20 as well. I'm going to try a different phone as I find the Samsung Bluetooth patchy with other devices besides the car

I have an S10. It's rock solid in my CX-5, so I think it's not Samsung.

I agree. I have a fold 2 and rarely have issues in any other vehicles. I don't recall having calls drop (haven't taken many calls) but my music cuts out and either reconnects on it's own, or says it can't reconnect but still does if I tell it to resume.

Doesn’t Android Auto go over WiFi the way CarPlay does? When an iPhone is connected via CarPlay, Bluetooth is not used after the initial connection is established.

It does connect via wifi but it's just the calls that get dropped.

Anyone find a solution? I have a S20 and S10 (perso and work) and it drops with both phones, and the radio will start playing while I attempt to tell the person I'm talking to to wait for it to reconnect. This usually happens in the first 45 sec and it can cut out for 10-15 seconds. It has been at the dealership three times for this issue and still no answers. I find it started after the recall this spring and even the new update didn't help.

Mine would lose connection from time to time when new and then a FordPass Update seemed to resolve the issue. Now it has returned. Not sure if it is the phone or the car. Both have been updated so it is a crap shoot really.

Sucks because it had been great for the last 6 months or so but all good things must come to an end I guess...

It is the car. My S20 drops and reconnects like a damn yo-yo. It is solid with every other device, but not the Mach-E.
