Bluetooth Not Connecting MME

My 2022 Mustang Mach-E is not connecting to any Android or iPhone device.

I've tried the following troubleshooting methods:
- Reset of dash (volume down & next key 5 seconds) many times
- Key reset
- Disconnect all phones from Mach-E & disconnect on phones
- Restart phone / try different phones
- Sync from car instead of phone

I've always had issues w/ Android auto disconnecting regularly but always would reconnect. Carplay hasn't had any issues since I owned the car.

One new issue that I've seen is that when searching for a phone to connect to my Mustang no longer gives itself a title - see picture, it will only show two dashes which will not appear on my phone to connect to.

Let me know if anybody is seeing similar issues / have tried anything I haven't and has worked. One key item is hard-wiring isn't an option for my current phones, both their ports don't work.

Could you help to elaborate why that would resolve the issue? I'm confused why disconnecting the 12V battery would resolve this. Does the bluetooth connection rely on the 12V battery for powering?

Well you could try to target which modules would be "reset" by figuring out which fuses are assigned to which modules.
Or you could just reset ALL modules by pulling the master fuse, so to speak...... The 12V battery itself.

You're looking for the lowest hanging fruit to getting your Bluetooth back up and running. Rebooting it is the easiest approach.

Tried the battery disconnect, unfortunately didn't work.

Hi, any solution / conclusion ? I have exact sam problem... Factory reset, disconnect battery not help ... cannot turn on in menu BLUETOOTH...
