I recently got the Powerup 2.3.0 update as well as had the 'customer experience' update applied that were done during the glass recall. I have noticed 1 strange new behavior. If I am on a call and turn the car off, the Bluetooth connection to the car doesn't drop immediately the way that it used it. I have a minute or so where I can't hear the call until it reverts to the phone.
Have others experienced this? Is there something that I can do to get back to the previous behavior?

I had this issue after the 2.1.0 update.
A Sync reboot seemed to help solve that problem because it hasn't occurred since.

I still have the occasional issue where I answer an incoming call and it is muted. So I have to reach over and unsure.

Both issues appeared after the update. Ford might need to change the name from "Update" to "Recede".

Do you just turn the car off or turn the car off and open the door? It only disconnects and turns off the center screen when you open the door.

Open the door. In the past, this has been sufficient to release the call but no longer. It is almost like ford improved the Bluetooth connection to fix paak issues and now it holds on longer.
I will try the sync reboot suggested above.
