When I test drove the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 (while the Mach E Select was getting diagnosed) I did notice the crappy ? interior of the Ioniq 5. The Ioniq 6 was much nicer on the inside, albeit smaller, but not by much. It also felt great driving.

But in the end I decided to go with a 2023 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. At 51 mpg at $5.00 a gallon, it's cheaper than charging my 3.1 miles per kwh Mach-E at $0.42 cents per kwh during off peak hours.

Yikes that CA gas and electric price. Hybrid is efficient. If you are ok with the slow acceleration it is a perfect choice. I just can't accept that slow 0-60. Even worse coming from EV.

Yeah, I know. I've had sports cars since my first car, all convertibles. But with gas prices high in California and electricity high as well, I have to prioritize where I spend my money.
