I’m being driven mad by a high pitched vibration buzzing sound coming from the B-pillar by my right ear (right hand drive Mach-E). It happens on urban roads at about 20-35 mph and is fine on highways. It appears to be coming from behind the B-pillar plastic cover that the seat belt height adjuster is built into. Has anybody else had this, and does anyone know how to remove and refit that piece of the trim? I’m nervous to investigate behind it because there is an airbag behind there I believe. For info, I found a picture online of the part concerned which I’ve attached.

Apologies, I just found this incredibly helpful post by @markboris. Absolutely no way I’m going to attempt it on my own as it requires removing the front and rear scuff plates, and the lower B-pillar panel first whilst not screwing up the seat belt system. Guess I’ll have to see what the dealer will charge.
