Buzz vibration in driver side B column

When I drive over some rough surface pavement, there is a buzzing vibration or small rattle in the area where the seat belt comes out of the B column on the driver side.

Anyone dealing with this or is there a known Ford TSB for this annoyance?

I have the same issue. Bass from the speakers vibrates something in there as well.

And unfortunately, it’s not consistent and just soft enough that getting a dealership tech to hear and or reproduce it will be a pain.
