Cannot Activate FordPass

I just got my Mustang Mach-E last night. So far, I've been unsuccessful in activating FordPass. I had FordPass in my 19 Ranger, so I've used it before. I added the car to my account, but whenever I click Activate Vehicle, I get this error:

Feature Unavailable
This vehicle cannot be activated at this time. Please try again once you've taken delivery of your vehicle.

FordPass will connect to the car, and shows connected. I lauch the FordPass app on the car and it sits at "Please wait. Getting additional details" or something. I've done the whole dance of uninstall/reinstall the app, add/remove the car, and done a master reset as well. Anyone encountered this before? Any other tips, or do I need to wait?

I was unable to activate FordPass at the dealer.
When I got home I could not get it to activate.
I clicked the activate button, shut the car off, and went inside to eat supper and watch the news.
About an hour and a half later I went back to the car and launched FordPass.
It immediately said it was activated.

Weird. It still isn't working now. A few people have said after 24-48 hours it just suddenly starts working.

So it decided to start working on it's own. Haven't had any problems really since I got it set up.
