I recently installed a level 2 charger at my home, I'm wanting to set my preferred charge times to be between 10P and 6A. Unfortunately, everything I've tried has not worked:

Using the FordPass app: When I try to save a preferred charging time via the FordPass app, I consistently get the "Sorry, FordPass isn't responding. Please try again later." I've done the troubleshooting steps (checked for updates, reboot phone, force stop, clear cache and data, uninstall/reinstall) and nothing has solved this problem. Note that other functions in the FordPass app work for me including remote start, viewing charging details, PaaK (which apparently I need to re-do as a result of re-installing the app). I do get the "FordPass isn't responding" message frequently when using FordPass, but what I want to do generally works so I assumed it was a red herring message. Unfortunately, it really doesn't save what I've entered and my only recourse is to discard my changes.

Using the Charging app in the car: After turning the car on, I open the Charging app, select the option to edit my locations and select the option to edit my "Home" location. "Charge Anytime" is blue (I assume that means this is the selection). I press "Charge Window 1", hear a beep, but then nothing happens. I try to drag my finger around the clock dial but it doesn't respond at all.

Any advice is appreciated.

Current setup: 2023 Mustang Mach-E Premium, standard battery, all my saved charging locations are set to 90% and charge anytime. Interestingly, despite naming them differently, they all are showing as named "Home"

We have a 2021 MME and after recent update thought we had a problem setting the preferred time at home. We also had the blue Charge Anytime. We deleted the home location and reset it. Then dragged finger around the clock dial to set the times. It did work. Don't touch the Window 1 or Window 2 just drag on the clock.

Setting in Ford Pass has never communicated the preferred times to the car. We only set in the car.

Thanks @CRPony . I will give that a try. I had been hesitant to delete any of my pre-saved locations for fear that the system would completely forget the location and I'd have to do a few charging sessions just to get the system to make my house a location again (wishlist: Allow the driver to drop a pin as a new charging location)

Might also try using a different name for the location. Through various updates, deletes, and resets, I can’t name anything home and get things to work. My home is now named mi casa and follows my set schedule just fine.
