Car not reporting to Fordpass

Had anyone else had this problem? Not getting any more updates on the Fordpass app, so cannot remote start, get battery level or location. Says that it’s in Deep Sleep mode and to start it manually, but this does nothing! Still not getting info!

Try rebooting phone.

If that doesn't work, try deleting cache, then app, then reboot phone, then reinstall app.

Thanks. I have done that but but I do have the Fordapp on a few devices and they reported the same, including the Ford dashboard website.

I had the same issue. There was a thread here about pullling out a fuse to reset the modem. I forget the fuse number, it it was in the footwell fuse panel. I removed the fuse, waited 10 min and put it back in. All returned to normal.

I think it's fuse #11 for the TCU.

Has anyone done the Master Reset after pulling the #11 fuse?

When O did it, the modem reconnected and has worked ever since, so for me a master reset wasn’t needed
