I changed my home network password over a month ago due to a hacking incident and stupidly forgot to update it in my Mach-E so its been disconnected from OTA updates since the change. I updated it today and reconnected. Other than make sure it has an auto-download schedule set and activated, is there anything else I need to do? Will it automatically catch up on the missed OTAs eventually or will I need to take manual actions?

The Owners Manual says to connect to your Wi-Fi network via Sync and setup an automatic update schedule. Does it do it over cellular if it's not updating? My last OTA update was November 30

It uses cellular instead of WiFi most of the time. If WiFi isn’t available it will just use cellular. Ford has not really implemented WiFi downloads yet.

Lots of people never connect to their WiFi and they get updates just fine.
