Charge complete time WAY off

Hello, first post! Just got my MachE on the 24th, loving it so far. In the Ford Pass app it tells me the charge will be completed at 635 AM today, and interestingly it’s 430 PM! So it’s like 10hrs off, in the past. My address is correct. Any way to fix? Thank you all in advance!

Known bug.
Just calculate it yourself. At 7 KW, it going to take about an hour and a half for each 10% of an ER.

Yeah, totally can do the math, I was just curious if it was as you say, a known bug or if there was a setting somewhere (time zone) I was missing. Thanks for the reply!

It’s not consistent. Sometimes it will be fairly close.

So the bigger issue I just realized is that it thinks it’s the departure time I set for 640am. I just went out to the garage and it was doing the preconditioning I had set. So there is a big time discrepancy that not only affects the estimated charge completion but the vehicle itself.

Check in vehicle that SYNC is set to the right time zone and the time is correct (whether manual or automatic).

I checked and time was correct but the auto update timezone was not set. I will see if that fixes it. Thanks for the tip!

FYI, I was able to fix this by enabling the "Auto Update Time zone" setting. Thanks!
