Since early January I've been leaving the Mach e plugged into my home Enelx Juicebox 40 whenever I'm home. Since then several hours after a normal charge the charge port light will flash amber for 30 sec. and charging won't occur again until the charger is unplugged and then replugged. According to the user manual this indicates an external fault. Juicebox tech support says if there were a fault in their unit there would be a series of beeps coming from the Juicebox so it's not the problem. Anyone else with this problem?
