Sorry if this has been addressed, couldn't find information. I'm at 98k on my 2021 Premium - still love it! Made an appointment for the Charge Port Recall and the brake cable recall. Dealership called me day of appointment and said Ford has put a stop to the charge port recall and unless I'm experiencing issues with the parking brake, don't worry about the brake cable recall. Is this correct?

No, that is not correct. First, neither is a recall. A recall is a safety related item.

CSP 23B50 (if that's what you are referring to) - Charge Code Stuck is a reprogram of the software.

CSP 22P31 - replace parking brake harness connector

Both should be done. Why didn't you do these a year plus ago?

Tried the Charge Code Stuck twice now, both times got the same response. This expires the end of the month. I just found out about the parking brake harness when I called Ford.

A CSP (customer satisfaction program) is not a recall, but it still involves Ford paying a dealer to do service on your car. I would check with a different dealer. Maybe they'd more appreciate Ford's money. If you can't get any dealer around you to help, call Ford's BEV Team. Sometimes they're good at making things happen. 1-800-392-3673

I'll try another dealer. I did call that number and because it's not a recall, they can't give me any information.

Mine is at the dealer right now getting this plus the HVJB recall done. It is showing up in FordPass for my 21.

Mine was done early this year but still showing it needs to be done. Dealer said it takes a long time sometimes. Called ford and she said if it’s been done, don’t worry about it. So I’m not, even though it still bugs me a little.

Neither is in my Ford Pass App. I've taken it in twice, the dealer told me it's not showing up. And that I'm not experiencing any issues, so nothing will be done. I called Ford, they confirmed that is correct.

Knock on wood, I've not had issues there, but same response from the dealer. Not experiencing any issues, not on my Ford Pass App, no open recalls. Mine didn't fall within the parameters to have the recall done.
