I recently inherited a Mach E as a company car, which has done 8k miles. I've had it two weeks and no problems with charging, however tonight I cannot get either a public charger cable or my supplied cables to push all the way into the charging point.
When I look at the charge port, the top right pin (UK model) is recessed compared to the other pins; I can't remember if it has always been like this or if somehow the pin has been pushed backwards and is now no longer engaging.
Would somebody be kind enough to validate the proper position of this pin before I book in to a dealer to investigate?
