SOLID Amber light on charge port. Vehicle doesn't charge on Fast Chargers

I have a 2023 Mach-e Premium. Recently I encountered an issue with charging when i saw a solid amber light on the charge port after opening the door. When i plug in the L2 charger, it charges, but when i plug the Fast charger, it goes off and doesnt charge at all.
Then issue started in June 2024, when I went to the dealership, and they reset the error code.
it again happened in August, when again they reset the code.
It has happened again and now they are clueless.

Note that this happened at 3 different chargers and i have another EV which charges just fine on all these chargers too.

Go to the thread linked below and ask someone to look up your car’s dtc’s. That can tell you a lot about what’s going on with the car. Armed with that info go see a dealer — perhaps a different one than you visited last time.

Or, if you have a compatible OBD-2 reader and the CarScanner app, you can pull the DTCs yourself. ??
