ChargePoint limiting to 16A

I have a ChargePoint Flex and set it up a few days ago. It is on a 60A circuit and was charging at 48A until tonight. It is now charging at only 16A and in the app that is the highest option in the dropdown. The settings say it is on a 60A circuit. Why did this happen and how do I get 48A back? The CP app is not particular good. Another thing that is odd, is that I setup my exact address when I did the set up but now it is showing an approximate address.

I am not sure why it happened in the first place but I called CP and they communicated with the device and changed it back to a max of 48A. I did see someone post something on Reddit that it happened to them a couple of months ago after an update and they fixed it by calling them.

I saw an update for the app yesterday . Im going to turn off auto update for their app on my phone . They seem to break the thing with almost every update .
IF you're going to constantly update an already working app how bout having something where it won't nuisance trip because of the GFCI
