charging failure

In my Mustang MachE, the type 2 AC charging input does not work, only the DC CCS cable can charge the car. At auto service, mechanics reset the system and checked the fuses and it still does not work. Has anyone had such a case? Has it been repaired?

If it won’t work with any Level 2 EVSE, your onboard charger will likely need to be replaced.

Yes, it will be covered under warranty. I remember a member here having a similar issue, but I don’t really remember the specifics.

Take it to a Ford dealer. They'll fix it for you.

I was and they reset the system, they checked the fuses and it does not work

To be clear, you have tried multiple L2 EVSEs and none worked? If so, return and explain that the process processes they performed did not rectify the issue. ??

yeah, yeah and car still at the Ford dealer and they don't know what to do
