I'm on APS. It wasn't a cost related issue, as all weekend days are considered off-peak. The issue was that the car seemed to only consider Saturday to be a weekend day, and absolutely refused to charge on Sunday.
It has since straightened itself out, so obviously someone somewhere identified the bug and fixed it.
