Charging stations disappeared in Ford Nav

Each time I start the car the message "Charging stations unreachable" appears on the SYNC even if the battery is at 90%. The charging stations are visible and selectable on the Ford Nav map but the search function always gives zero stations and this icon is always on the navigation screen.

I had no updates recently and I tried also a SYNC soft reset but the issue is still there. Anyone ever had this issue before?

Might be that, even if the connected navigation works properly with traffic data, road works, etc.

I believe that charging station data comes from a different source than traffic and road conditions. But I'm not completely certain.

I'm a bit delayed on this thread but I have also seen the "Charging stations unreachable" message. I haven't seen it in a few weeks but I had seen it somewhat often over the previous couple months. I haven't received any updates in four months so it doesn't seem to be associated with that. I'm here in the US so, whatever it is (or was), it isn't geo specific.
