Charging times

Help? When I try to update the charge times on the Ford App after I put in the times and try to save them all it does is spin LOADING for several minutes. Then it says it can’t upload , try again later. It never works. The time in the Juice box app is correct, nevertheless the car wants to charge whenever it wants to. Sometimes I plug it in and it starts charging right away. Other times it will charge for an hour or so and quit.
