Today I went to the gym. When I was driving there the time was 20:00. I was around one hour and a half there and when I went out and started to drive home the time was 9:30

Magic? How can the car change by itself from 24h to 12h. (No, it was not a different profile driving the car)

It happens to me about once a month. I juste revert back to 24h... Don't try to understand, it's not the worst bug :)

Even better my “auto time change” didn’t change for the switch until I disabled and re-enabled. Then *poof*. Ford software really sets a lower bar than the stuff I wrote back when I learned Pascal!

It randomly switches to 12h for me. Also loses Norwegian translation on the IPC.
All fine on the next ride.

Must be a new owner asking silly questions on why the car does what it does. After a few months you just get numb to it and just shake your head and not even question it. lol

Today it did the same. Not only that but I also realized that it had lost the setting for the delay in the rear camera.

i am wondering If it is somehow related to the profiles. That somehow it cannot load the profile settings properly and sets some defaults in that case….

After the Mrs. uses the car (She's driving I'm in the passenger seat (I have the only fob and my phone is on the charge tray)) when I take over, it keeps her profile 'partly'. Sometimes the seat settings are hers, sometimes the SiriusXM settings are hers, the speaker location are hers.

I find no matter what, I'll push seat button 1 when I get in, even if she hasn't driven, just to be sure all the settings 'fit' my profile.

Seems to work better, though not always.

In my case there only one profile set in the car, so nothing should interfere

True. Still, sometimes the car may switch to the Guest profile. You can still try changing the profile to number 2 and back to 1 to see if that helps.

If you haven't done this yet, you can link your phone, key fob, and door code all to the same profile number. This will help ensure that the car uses your profile, regardless of how the driver door is unlocked (pin code, key fob, phone). The settings for this are in the Profiles subsection of the Vehicle menu on your center display.

The Mach-E has a mind of his own. Mine does have the 12h/24h bug as well and you can't really guess which mode (dark or light) it will start up in the morning. I guess it has a bit of a morning temper. It also randomly changes from miles to kilometers, although the number doesn't change ?

Exactly the same issues indeed.

I’m starting to think that many of the problems are coming because of the car not being able to properly set the profile settings.

With the test that macchiaz-o commented few messages ago (changing the profile with the door’s button and changing back to the right one) it solves the issue with the clock.

And now I’m suspecting that ignoring the 90% setting for the charge, could be also related to this problem of loosing the profile settings. If it looses the profile settings when it needs to charge, it would charge to 100% and that is the behavior that I’m also experiencing
