Clock keeps resetting to 24-hour mode

2023 MME: Every day the car learns a new trick... shortly after the 4.2.2.2 updates I started noticing the clock randomly changes into 24-hour mode. When I go into settings it has the "12-hour" mode still selected, but displays in 24-hour format.

Anyone seen this?

Seriously. In the 90s there were jokes about Windows 95 stability and how if our cars ran Windows we'd end up having to reboot them while driving on the highway. I feel like Ford took the joke as a challenge and ran with it....

Really? It’s just a 24 clock, not exactly a safety issue.

I never claimed this to be a safety issue. But this isn't an isolated issue in Ford's SW. With everything else that I've personally experienced on this vehicle and seen on this forum it resembles the stability of a WIndows 95 PC.

I fail to see the problem in this....but my clocks are always set to 24 hour mode.

Instead of joining the permanent Standard Time vs. DST battle, Ford chose the 12-hour vs. 24-hour battle it seems .

So for fun of it, I switched it to be in 24 hour mode. Now it randomly resets to 12 hour mode...

I've disconnected the LVB and that didn't help. I deleted / re-created my profile, and that didn't help. It's like my clock setting has permanently set itself to have the wrong polarity.

shhhh, mine finally stayed/stuck in 24 hr mode like I want instead of reverting back to 12 hr mode at every OTA...
