I bought a 12V heated blanket to see if it would increase my range and HOLY COW THIS THING IS AMAZING EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY IS GETTING A 12V HEATED BLANKET FOR CHRISTMAS NEXT YEAR EVEN IF THEY DRIVE ICE CARS.
(I'm not really sure it increases my range. Driving more slowly and turning down the cabin temperature definitely helped the other day on a winter mountain drive, but it might have mostly been driving slowly.).
