Confused on production date information

Hope someone can help me with some thoughts.

My sticker shows 4/14 build date which is what Ford says when I call.

When I look up the order on the Ford tracker it says in production on top but only shows an order date and no production circular filled in.

Calling Ford they just say not sure maybe the havent received the right information in the system yet.

Call your dealer and ask them to provide a copy of the VVR for your VIN

What is the VVR? Just so I know what I am asking.

Vehicle Visibility Report, it will show where in the production process your car is at.

when I called Ford they said that was the scheduled production date. Maybe bad information? That is what the dealer said as well.
