Contact email for Mach-e problems and questions?

It looks like [email protected] is no longer accepting emails from randos like me. Is there another direct email address for the Mach-e people within Ford where I could direct questions regarding Mach-e problems? When I go to the dealer with repair requests I would like to be armed with current info from Big Ford about what is being repaired and how.

Update: I messaged them on Facebook as suggested, just asking for information about my issues, and what Ford is considering a widespread problem vs. "within tolerance". After getting some information from me including my dealership, they escalated my situation and gave a case number and everything. I guess they interpreted my problems as if I was a disgruntled customer and took them pretty seriously. So, yeah, seems promising!
