I placed an order for a 2025 Mach E. I got the email last week that it has been scheduled for production in February. It included my VIN and a link to Track my order which requires me to enter my Order ID and VIN. When I do that, I get an error. I have tried 2 different browsers. This is the error in red that I get. The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order. I know that I entered them correctly because I copied and pasted directly from the email. Open to suggestions??
