DAB+ annoying pop up

Hi all.

this annoying DAB pop up keeps coming on every few seconds, even when I’m listening to dab!

anyone know how to turn it off? It’s super annoying.

I have the same. With DAB, also with FM. I think it happens when the radio change to a other frequency/channel. But there are settings where you can turn this off. Without any result. I whish the pop-up did not appear, I am not interested to know

I have a solution. Comes with a BIG maybe.
I just sold my FE and got my GT. This DAB+ was super annoying. But the one thing that stood out was this “intelligent recommends/ information” when I was setting up the car. You can find again under profile settings.

I disabled, enabled them disabled again. Based on long forgotten posts.
Saved profile using my door button 1 closed the radio by swiping down on it.

haven’t seen it since even if the radio is “on” in the background.

This is so annoying, even when I’m not listening to the radio. It always pops up when you want to read the sat nav but the top bit gets obscured. There must be a fix.

Hello, some cars are also affected in Germany. For us, it is Sync version 21297 and 21355. I was also affected and had version 21297. With this version, the reserve password for starting the car did not work either. Ford raised my Snyc to 22228 in October. Since then, the error in the DAB and password has disappeared.
