I believe some water got into the area of the front vents and expanded when it froze. When the ice melted, the three doors were completely off. I slipped them back in, but now they just hang loosely. Also, for several days after, front collision was disabled, but that hasn’t occurred since.

Has anyone replaced this part, and how difficult was it? What is the risk of letting it stay as is? I’m guessing repair at a dealership would be expensive as it looks like the plastic on the outer park broke off at the attachment point.

If you look at the vents, you can see it's more than water. At the bottom, a chunk of plastic is missing. The middle vent is clearly cracked in half. Looks more like an impact with a snowbank.

Front collision issues arise when the sensor behind the middle section is dislodged from its mount.

I broke mine while clearing snow with my foot. I found an independent EV repair shop in Denver that replaced the whole unit for about $950. Ford Service Centers typically charge twice this, so shop around.
