Delivery timing

I ordered a 2022 GTPE on 11/15/21 my build week date received is 4/11/22. I went into my chosen Ford dealer May 12th and spoke with my rep. He looked up my order and told me the car was actually built on the 17th of April and it should be delivered by June 10th. On my Ford account log in it still shows "in production" so basically I feel a little skeptical and worried if it will actually be delivered by then. Is this the normal experience OR is every situation different? Thanks for any input.

The Ford website won’t show you car as completed production until it actually ships. The dealer has access to far more detailed info than the website shows you. Ask for the report next time your in there.

Btw, the car is worth the wait. 15 months for me including 10 months after ordering and 13 week shipping time. Yours will be a bit faster.

OMG! that IS a long wait. When I did sit down with the dealer rep I saw right away on his monitor he had access to a ton of info I would never have. I think I will just keep in touch with him periodically. Thanks
