4/11/22 build week chat

Apologies if I missed this, but I didn't see a chat for our production week. I'm still showing a 4/11 build week on Ford.com but I saw some in the 4/4 and 4/25 groups have been bumped to later dates. I also don't fully understand what's up with the Park Assist issue so have emailed my dealer. Feel free to share any info or thoughts you may have.

Yes, it says Active Park Assist 2.0 on the sticker.

My order changed yesterday and it now says Active Park Assist Prep Kit but the price hasn’t changed (I thought it was supposed to be lowered by $350). But still no sticker available yet.

I'm from 4/4 build week but I think I'm where you were at a few days ago when looking at my Ford account order page-- no man's land with no Active Park Assist but no Prep kit either. It seems they are trying to eliminate it from April builds-- or at least a fair share of us. Fits the ordering experience that I've seen 0 communication from Ford or my dealer about this change.

Grabber Blue GT ordered 1/15/22. My date changed from 4/4 to 4/11. I just got my window sticker tonight. Fingers crossed it’s going into production next week.

Cal Rt 1 AWD ER, ordered 10/23/22. Original build date 4/4, switched to 4/11. Just got window sticker. Batch 5237 82/301. Fingers crossed there is no global supply chain melt down between now and then.

Just for grins, I looked at the online inventory of the claimed highest volume Ford dealer in the World, Galpin Ford-Van Nuys. They listed 25 MME today all with window stickers. Only a couple were on the lot. They'd been scheduled months ago (batch numbers before I started to keep track. Most of the others were blue frame, dealer order, scheduled for building in February and March. A few of the MME window stickers had batch numbers/build week of 4/11/22. ("My dealer", Autonation Ford Tustin, doesn't post window stickers online and their website shows the same "inventory" for all Autonation Ford dealers in LA-Orange Co.)
