Disappearing PaaK

Still this is something easy to catch if they actually do any testing!

Think of anyone not on this forum and they get this issue. Terrible experience for the less savvy.

Yes…I re-setup PaaK about 15 times before discovering the force close, etc. It’s not acceptable since Ford decided to only provide 1 key to early purchasers. A crappy app gives a $65k car an “unreliable” label.

Back in the day (feel free to read this in Grandpa Simpson’s voice), I did beta testing for a then small indie game publishers. We tested the crud out of the games, and the fixes. We intentionally tried to break the games and fixes. Then the games would get released and … bug reports would start flowing in.

I have no doubt the people who are in charge of FP, are testing it. But they can’t duplicate the massI’ve platform differences out in ge general population.

I finally turned auto updates off for FordPass. I’ll watch the forum and wait for the bug reports first.
