My Fordpass app recently went funky so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. No issues and it seems to be working well. However, when I try to install PAAK I continue to get error messages. It says that maybe I am not close enough to my Bluetooth which is ridiculous as I am sitting in the car with my phone in hand. I have tried everything from turning off the car and shutting down Android Auto. I've tried to do this about a dozen times. Curiously, I have received a few emails from Ford saying that a new phone has been added and that PAAK is active. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.
Until all of this PAAK has worked fairly well. The dealer performed the update a few months ago. Any help would be appreciated.
BTW, I'm 71 years old and have never enjoyed a vehicle as much as my MME (Premium, extended range, AWD in Rapid Red).

Did you reset PaaK from the car? That will get rid of the old PaaK entry so you can add it again as a new one.

How would I do that?

Hello! Send us a private message with your MachE’s VIN and current mileage. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this issue. Thanks!

HI, I don't want to sound like an imbecile but how do I go about sending a private message?
