California Dodgy Electronics in Cold Weather

In cold weather (<50F) certain electronic features are inconsistent including:

1) when approaching the car (with the key fob or phone app) when it’s locked, sometimes the car doors will unlock and sometimes they won’t. When they won’t you must use the fob.

2) when you hit the START button sometimes the drivers seat position reverts to the prior setting and sometimes it won’t. When it won’t you must hit one of the seat-position program buttons on the drivers door.

I’ve gotten used to it but it’s annoying and inexcusable for a new car (‘22 MME Premium, 4k mi). In warm weather (>50F) these problems go away. Has anyone else experienced these or similar glitches?

Mine often acts goofy like that no matter the temp. 10deg last night here in Truckee and it worked fine. Just hit the driver # on the door.
