By 4X trim you mean the Mach E 4X Premium, not the regular GT?
Correct. The 1/4 mile trap speed of the Premium AWD is higher than the GTPE

Go GB FE!

I'll guess we'll see more tuning of the GTPE through Power-Ups.

You say theres 0 doubt but I was talking to a supervisor at corporate this last week and he had literally no idea that GTs were being delivered with BlueCruise fully active. Ford has massive interdepartmental communication issues.
It's certainly possible that a lot of people at Ford don't know about it, and it's possible that the "right" people don't know about it, but I think that definitely SOME people at Ford know about it.

I'm sure the Ford Performance folks knew about these stats before we did.

It's likely a combination of battery soc being a little low
Not true, as has already been pointed out, it has been tested with ~95% SoC with the exact same results. And 72% isn't really a "little low" anyway. The competition performs great at 50%, people shouldn't be satisfied with such lesser performance from the Mustang.

and peak battery power being cut after x seconds to prevent battery degradation.
Maybe, but again, why should GT owners be satisfied with such dismal performance relative to the competition? And it's not just that, or highway roll ons would be better than they are.

great highway passing acceleration.
Not really. The GT being down 6-8 mph in the 1/8th and being significantly slower in the 50-70 metric indicates the highway passing acceleration is pretty disappointing compared to the competition.

Congrats, now we have 2 threads of GTPE hope, misery, elation, and dejection. Hey, @blue92lx get in here with your thread summary from the other one and drop some knowledge on all of the uninformed masses. ?
It's too early in the day to have to relive the adventures, trials, and tribulations of a duplicate thread being started. Lol

Tbh a new thread about the subject should be started, as the discussion doesn't now (only) belong in 0to60's thread either. I'd do it but I'm lazy and there's a lot of relevant info in 0to60's thread that should be incorporated into the OP of the new thread so it doesn't get rehashed endlessly.
