I've noticed that if I leave my car sitting for any more than 15-20 minutes it will no longer respond to anything I do in the FordPass app.
The only exceptions are 1)paak functions, if I happen to be within bluetooth range or 2) the car is actively charging
A great example of this is if I stop charging via the app. If I want to resume charging, say a few hours later, it will not do it. It just spins and eventually times out.
Another example is it I'm at work (too far from the car for bluetooth range) and I need to unlock the door to let somebody in, again no response.
Is this normal?
