Dog crate for large breed dog

I've seen the posts about transporting dogs in the cargo area. I did that for many years. I've been looking at crates for my female Doberman. Has anyone found a large/XL dog crate that is designed to transport dogs in a car that fits in the ME? Thanks for your time.

Thanks for the suggestion. Are you simply suggesting the crate or are you (or someone you know) using a large Impact crate in a Mach-E? Is it on the backseat with seats folded down? How is it being secured? Thanks again for your time.

Whether the impact crate that is big enough to fit your dog is also small enough to fit in the mustang is a bit of measuring on your side. I was simply recommending the best crate around. Hands down. I secure mine to the points where the car seats for kiddos would get secured.
