Door anti-kick protector?

On exiting i tend to kick and scuf the door pocket.. Anybody use or try the stick on:
LUCKEASY Mach-E 2022 Interior Accessories Car Door Anti Kick Pad Protection Side Edge Film Protector Stickers?
Do they use a strip of doublesided tap or is the entire sticker ashesuve? Do they stay on? Thx
