Door code 5-6 will not open liftgate

My door codes for unlocking the car and opening the frunk work fine. The 5-6 code will not open the liftgate. I tried two other Mach E’s. They didn’t work either. Any info would be appreciated.

Yeah, that doesn't work. Not a huge loss though since the liftgate has an open button right on it, unlike the frunk.
