Driver side lock/memory switch loose?

Hi, has anyone noticed that the driver side lock/seat memory seat wobbles in the black trim? I just got back from the service center and they were pretty dismissive of it and said it's because of the "flex" in the panel. Videos of what I mean below (wobble is audible)

If not... could anyone provide me with disassembly instructions to access this switch? I'd like to band-aid/fix it myself.
