Early Access Broken?

I see that my early access account seems to be connected to my FE, it mentions Blue Cruise which is not possible with my GT. I sent them an email to see if they can change my VIN in early access.

My EA page still shows BC and Intelligent charging associated with my FE as well. They verified my GT is what is on the account now, but those features still show up.

Do you have any type of filter/blocker in place? DNS, Proxy, AdFilter, VPN, etc.

Perhaps one of the subdomains that hosts Ford’s images was categorized incorrectly and is being blocked.

Just checked again. Still not working.

Just wanted to let folks know that EA support finally figured out my login issue and said that a “small number” of users were affected. They’ve fixed it and I’m now able to login.

Their fix also made my cars picture show back up in the EA account as well.

My vehicle graphic is still broken. I reached out to them a few days ago with a question and haven’t heard back yet. My question wasn’t super important so hopefully they’re working on higher priority questions.

I log into the Early Access Website frequently to make sure I’m not missing out on anything (and, as far as I can tell, I’m not ?). Today, when I logged in, I noticed that the image link for my car is now broken. Anyone think that perhaps this program is slowly gathering dust or something?

Nope. EA still get updates 1-3 weeks before everyone else.
