Electrify America was flawless

Came back last week from a 1400 mile trip from Western North Carolina to northern Illinois and back. No adapter yet, and with all the EA negativity, I was really concerned. But EA charging was flawless. This is my first road trip where I switched to Ford nav about 50 miles before the charger destination, and I’ve never has such fast charging. Max peak was 162. Chargers weren’t busy. It was just awesome. Since I have Pass+ I initiated the sessions via the EA app to save money and avoid P&C.

Now for the adapter saga, I’m 6984 on the adapter list, and ordered an A2Z in early May which arrived in mid June and was defective, and 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for the replacement which was lost by UPS. I actually went to the UPS depot where tracking says it is, and they don’t have it. A2Z is sending out yet another one this week. So much for an overnight replacement. What a depressing cluster.

EA made for a stress free trip.

I have had good luck with EA in Oregon. It works fine, but….the App always says it cannot connect (but it does). Anyone else have this issue?
