Message below showed up this morning for 2018 Escape; yesterday on our 2022 MME. Both batteries are fine - any idea why this happened and how to fix it? thanks in advance.

Are you actively driving the vehicles? If you're out of town and these are sitting, that's your answer. Get home, and drive them.

Sounds like issues with your 12V battery. Since that's the only battery that's going to really charge while driving. Not sure why' you might see that on a '22 MME, but could be understandable on the 2018 as the 12V may be getting near it's end of life.

Second paragraph in the alert tells you what to do. If it happens often, have the 12v batteries tested.
