I had issues with updates failing to install due to low voltage on my 12v, and to fix this I simply left the car on in my garage for about an hour and that solved the problem.
you need to leave the key in the car though, right? i tried this the other day and the car seems to have shut off after 15 minutes or so - had used PAAK to start the car and then went back in the house with my phone.

and yeah, i just got the "deep sleep" banner in fordpass. the car was driven today (and yesterday) so i don't see why the 12V battery would be low. i checked with Car Scanner and it was at about 12V in accessory mode which is low, but i read that deep sleep wouldn't trigger until the LVB reached 9V.

i don't understand why this car has so much trouble with the 12V battery. my M3 has never had a problem like this, and i assume if it needs any amount of current (like to run Sentry mode) it just brings the HVB online every once in a while to charge the 12V battery. the HV battery definitely loses 4-5% per day when sentry is on.

Last night, my '23 MME GTPE went into deep sleep mode, and I'm unsure as to why. It was in the charger and I've been using it every day. Only had it 3 weeks and this is the second time it's happened.

I did notice that my PAAK would connect from our bedroom and looking through our security cams I saw that lights came on in the cabin.

Do y'all think there's a connection?

Mine was trying to deep sleep after 15 hours. I shook it and said "Wake up" no luck. Musta been a hard night in the driveway. lol. Mine wasn't plugged in either.

4.1.3 was the last update Feb8th for me.

but i read that deep sleep wouldn't trigger until the LVB reached 9V.
If the LVB was at 9v its past dead. Anything below 11.0 is damaging for sure.

sure, regardless there's no way my 12V battery should be even at 11.0V. i've been looking at it with a bluetooth OBD-II scanner and i've never seen it below 12.8V.

i wonder if this is just a server problem or generically a communication problem. the car doesn't check in and the server just decides it's gone into deep sleep mode. i'm certainly not seeing the screen in center console that says everything has been shut down to preserve the 12V battery.

I’ve seen the deep sleep message in FordPass just on the one night that I originally posted. No indications in the car whatsoever and it hasn’t happened since. Certainly could have been a glitch or server issue.

I got the message 2x. Both times I thought that I had recently unplugged the EVSE without having my key on me, and got the "Unexpected charger disconnect" or whatever that message is in FP. I think several hours after that I may have gotten the deep sleep message in FP. I thought maybe there was some connection? Not sure, just throwing it out there as a possibility. I have kept an eye on my 12v, and haven't had any problems with it.
