I made a reservation for service via the FordPass app. linked to my Mach E, FFE, and waited several days for my appointment. When I arrived I was informed that I only had an appointment for QuickLane, would have to make another appointment, wait again, and return with my car at that time. I went to the service manager, Mr. Hernandez and was informed that he had a contingency plan to cover these instances. When I got home I had a message indicating my car was waiting and had not begun to be serviced.

The next day about noon I called the dealership to check. Could not get anyone to ask. I left a callback number and got no response.

I went into the FordPass app and screen printed all of the pages for making a service appointment. (There were no indications of limited services (QuickLane) being available). I forwarded all of the screen prints to Mr. Hernandez. When I called the service department around 4:30. I was informed that I did not have any appointment and that even if I had one, I would wait several days for any activity. Finally, the service writer, Dustin Bauer, said he would refer my call to Mr. Hernandez. It was apparent that he didn't want to deal with it any further. The call went to voicemail and no response has been received.

In the past I made several appointments to install BlueCruise at Essential Ford. Each time installation failed and their only response was to bring it back. I took my car to Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach. They installed the app over the weekend with no issues or further delay. It was approximately two years to get it installed. It is balky, steers erratically and disengages frequently for no apparent reason.

I am certainly not happy with the lack of SERVICE. It is a shame that the Ford Motor Company is so unresponsive to customers. The vehicle was delivered on 2/13/2021 and still has quite a number of software issues.
