That is honestly shocking, but also doesn't reflect income disparity in the US which has me curious, it's a low sample size though. Certainly not what I would be buying if I had that kind of money. Although to be fair, this also depends on where else priorities/other major expenses are. Though the credit is really not a concern a buying decision at that point.

It also doesn't account for cost of living. $150K is barely middle class in San Francisco.

It varies depending on the criteria used, but yeah, it's pretty damned expensive here.
