EV-VIDA V3 FRONT PONY LIGHT

Many of you have probably know this through your own experience with EV-VIDA. I just wanted to add my own experience.
I had purchased my V3 front pony back in August and installed it after watching the install video. I couldn't have been happier with this product, it worked like a charm.
Recently it developed a flicker in the pony, and I was able to troubleshoot it and tracked it back to a short in one of the wires. I emailed Simon at EV-VIDA and he was able to resolve my troubles. To make a long story short, the customer service and attention they provide is second to none. I certainly would not hesitate to purchase any product from them.

Thank you for your love and support! In my opinion, customer service is just as important as the product itself. Electronics can sometimes have issues, and even big companies like Ford have their share of problems. But my goal is always to make things right for those who support us, and I’d rather handle the costs myself than let someone down. Profit is important, but that’s not the reason I do this.
