EXTERIOR LIGHT - The MUSTANG SHAPE

One evening when I approached my Mustang, I saw the shape of the famous Mustang litt up on the ground next to left from door.
Now the Mustang is gone after I messed around in "Settings". How do I get the Mustang back as I lighted object on the ground?

For one, the side mirrors have to be folded in to get the Mustang puddle lamps to turn on
