Failure due to update?

I was away for a week last week and had the opportunity today to engage, or at least attempt to engage blue Cruise only to discover that it no longer works. I press buttons like Lane centering and different cruise control settings but at points when I disengage the lane centering and then try to reengage it again, I get a pop up on this display saying blue Cruise is not functioning and that the passenger facing camera that functions with blue Cruise no longer is functioning. I can only assume this is an update issue but I have not seen any posts about this on this forum. Anybody else have any such experience? I have shut down, started back up numerous times but all to no avail.

Lost Blue Cruise after a recent update but not seeing the same error messages. Nothing seems to work to bring it back. Ford’s advice is to schedule service.

Spoke with OTA support team. It is a know issue: TSB 24-2087. Requires reprogramming at a service center.

Vin: 3FMTK4SEXPMA27457. I spoke with Ford today and they indicate that this is in all likelihood a hardware problem and should be addressed by the dealer. I've scheduled dealer visit next week

More like a software problem. Your car is reporting this code and the attached TSB is the one it references. Common issue and and it is easily fixed by updating the CMR:
