FDRS (or something similar) Down?

My dealer has had my GTPE since 8/24 to replace my cracked panoramic roof, and after a series of delays, the work has been completed and it has been reassembled since yesterday. However, they are unable to (in their words) ‘reprogram‘ some components due to Ford’s system being down. I assume they mean FDRS but it may be something else. They say they were told it would be back online at 1AM but it is still down, and they say it is not just their dealership but all dealers. Does anyone know anything about this issue/if what they’re saying is true? They’ve been pretty responsive and helpful throughout all of the setbacks to get this done, but what was supposed to be a two day job is now a two week job, and my patience is wearing thin. Thanks for any insight anyone has.
